    Identified - Esker on Demand documents unavailability 2026 March 10th, 10:00am UTC

    Our Esker on Demand team identified the root cause and is implementing a solution to restore documents.

    This operation requires a careful approach to ensure the integrity of the environment and to avoid any additional risk. It may therefore take some time, but we have already initiated the necessary actions and will keep you informed of every important step.

    At this stage, the platform remains fully accessible, except for the documents affected by the incident, and no action is required on your side.

    We will get back to you as soon as the restoration is completed or if we have new information to share.

     

    Investigating - Esker on Demand documents unavailability 2026 March 10th, 09:15am UTC

    The root cause has been partially identified. A backup operation last night on documents database has faced an issue, leading to unavailability of some documents. Some Esker on Demand users may be affected, facing an error when opening documents submitted before Feb 24th around 01:00pm UTC. Recent documents are available and can be approved or modified as usual.
