    Identified - Esker on Demand - Collections Management - processing issue - 2026-03-24 02:22pm CT

    Our R&D teams have identified the root cause of the issue and implemented a patch. The patch was successfully installed on March 23rd, at 2pm CDT. All invoice PDFs have been successfully sending to TermSync since the patch was implemented, and all invoices submitted today (3/24) have gone through. 

    We know how important this workflow is for you, and we’re genuinely glad to see things moving in the right direction.

    For the invoices processed between 3/17/2026 2:14:15 AM and 3/23/2026 2:00pm CT, we’re still actively investigating the best way to resubmit them so their PDFs can be delivered to TermSync as well. 

    We understand how frustrating and disruptive this gap may feel, and we want you to know we’re treating it with urgency.

    As soon as we have a clear path forward, we’ll share an update right away.
