    The root cause has been partially identified. A backup operation last night on documents database has faced an issue, leading to unavailability of some documents. Some Esker on Demand users may be affected, facing an error when opening documents submitted before Feb 24th around 01:00pm UTC. Recent documents are available and can be approved or modified as usual.
    We acknowledge your concern and will share an additional update as soon as we have new relevant information. Please keep posted to www.trustesker.com.

    We are currently experiencing issues on some documents that may be unavailable.
    Our Esker on Demand team is working to identify the root cause and implement a solution.Some users may be affected, experiencing trouble when opening documents, mainly submitted before Feb 24th. Recent documents may be available and can be approved or modified as usual.
