    In order to improve the security and reliability of our service, maintenance operations will be performed on the Esker on Demand platform on Thursday, October 15th, 2026, at 08:30 AM (UTC).
    As part of this maintenance, SSO certificates used by the Esker authentication infrastructure on environment G will be renewed.
    Customers using standard Federation Metadata integration, or their own certificates, do not need to take any action : this operation should be transparent and no service interruption is expected.
    Customers maintaining Esker SSO certificates manually should ensure that their configuration has been updated with the latest certificates by before October 23rd, 2026 - 08:30 AM (UTC) - certificate available for download here: https://www.esker.com/sso-certificates-renewal-g/
