Our R&D teams raised a support request to Microsoft Azure to better understand the cause of this situation. We keep investigating on our side to enhance the connection capacities.

Scheduled maintenance - July 24th 2024, 10:30am UTC to 11:30am UTC - This action is intended to enhance our customer experience and avoid connection errors, by migrating part of our SFTP Storage infrastructure.

Monitoring - July 17th 2024, 12:35pm UTC - Following our Esker on Demand team's actions, customers may still encounter sporadic SFTP disconnections. Our R&D teams continue to work towards finding a definitive solution to the SFTP disconnection issues. They are in direct contact with Microsoft Azure support to obtain additional configuration elements to further improve the SFTP connection issues.
