Trust starts with transparency

Several maintenance operations are planned in October to improve our AS2 platform.

The first maintenance is scheduled on Tuesday 8 Oct at 1:30 AM UTC for a duration of 1h30 maximum.

Expected impact:

Processing of documents using our AS2 protocol will be delayed until the end of the intervention:

• For documents submitted to Esker via AS2 during the intervention, you will have to resubmit them when the service is back online. 
• Documents sent from Esker via AS2 platform will be automatically sent when the service is back online.

We therefore recommend you to pause your documents traffic via AS2 during this intervention.

Please note that AS2 is the only protocol impacted, all other protocols will remain available (for example: SFTP, Esker Loader, Emails, Web services etc.)
